Many Options

Many good options however they should be split up so we don’t have a few of the same type of foods every day. More variety. Also would be awesome to have e charges put on cards once a week instead of every day. Sometimes less than a dollar charges happen. Would be nice if it could hit once a week instead.

OMG!!! So far the best thing I’ve seen in all my 35 years of working at USBank for foods. I tried all the food popups in the first week of it starting and looking forward to trying rest of them. Thanks for choosing USBank for this amazing and great food choices 🤎

The app is very user friendly and the service of the food is wonderful!

Loyal user but a little unhappy

I have used Fooda since it came to my work location but I have emailed and asked several times for them to change site to allow reviews and critic even when you don’t order anything or purchase from vendor. I always have to submit my review on yelp when I have an issue with a vendor. Sometimes you get bad service and decide you don’t want to purchase or you find out that what is advertised is not what you get or available and so you don’t purchase but you still want to leave a review.

Sometimes it can be better

Iffy iffy sometimes she has something where is either full of salt no flavor or you actually have a vendor where wow the food is actually good But most of the time you had the same vendor three times out of the week or no vendor at all

Repeating

Well we started getting tired of same restaurant for weeks.

Pulled pork sandwich

The bun was soggy from all the gravy. Taste was 6 out of 10. The sides with this were horrid. The collard greens over acidic and salty. The beans were just blah!

I work at amazon and they never bring enough food for everyone. Just a waste of space. Runs out of food before lunch even starts

I would not recommend this app because it will charge you two and three times for the same food I did not have enough money on my card so I ask my friend to pay for the food and he was charged two times on the same day and one time the next day even though the card was never used to buy anything very disappointed.

More options

Wish there was more options for pizza, maybe a supreme or a meat lovers.

Communication

Hi I’m sending this message because I found out from one of the restaurants that the health department shut down the program at Amazon. The communication between Fooda and it’s customers who buy from these restaurants was never established. I understand when the health department gets involved you have to listen but some restaurants were still selling food afterwords. When is this going to come back? What are we going to do for affordable food. Currently the food that’s offered is in vending machines and costs too much for a sandwich. I’d rather pay a little more for fresh food than vending food. Is this going to be down for a long while? Please advise.

Kinda bummed I didn’t get a notification y’all won’t be around anymore in my area. And an email back 3 weeks later. Oh well it was a nice run

I ordered food on the 2d of September and I did not get my food no one was even there I still didn’t get my refund I’m just wondering what’s going

The barcode for my company subsidy has disappeared

The whole reason why I use this app is so I can get five dollars off my meals at work and it consistently does not show the discount barcode in the bottom right hand corner, defeating the whole purpose of me using this app. Please fix and I will give five stars.

Refund Policies

Fooda does not provide a refund if not requested within 30 minutes of pickup time. The policy is cleverly hidden and is not shown unless you do your research or you need help.

Not better than the food trucks

I placed my order on line and was told that I could pick it up at 12:15. When I got there i saw that they weren’t even making the pre orders until you showed to pick it up. I thought the idea was that it would be ready at the specified time. Then even though the food was kept in a warmer it was just room temperature. And the price wasn’t better than the food trucks. $17 for a brisket sandwich that was short on the brisket and an order of Mac n cheese.

Some times they don’t show or are late

It’s nice to have foods in the building but sometimes they just don’t show up or are late, or they can’t get their credit card machine to work. I am use to cold food so know I will always have to reheat. Pizza from a reputable restaurant would be a treat as well as honey butter fried chicken! The Mexican options just are not good! Maybe a sandwich shop or gyros.

Terrible

Working for this company is awful. They have stolen money from me personally and from my customers on multiple occasions. With no explanation or reimbursements of any kind. Beware.

Always issues

The couple of times I have tried to use this service in my work building have not gone well. My food has been missing or another time wasn’t processed at all. I did receive a refund but I am learnt about ordering from here again.

Need to re-login every time I open the app

As of 8.5.2 some really serious bug was introduced where every time I open the app, I need to re-login via OAuth to see my account. Just for context, my company uses Fooda for lunch plans.

Some one the working aren’t wearing the gloves while touching eyes and face then touch the bread they don’t even wash her hands other some of them did not put her hair up so gross I don’t think they can’t come to building LGB3 disgusting

Wrote 5 emails letting them know the app wasn’t working. It lets us see who is coming for break times but it downs allow you to order through the app. Wont be using them again our lunch is 30 mins and with the lines we have im not doing in person ordering.

Fooda always sends the same vendors & the same types of food. i.e The Taste of China comes to our location every week We need more variety!

Constant no shows

Having access to fresh made food is amazing when they are actually here. But so often the restaurants never show up so we’re left to either eat crappy vending machine food or nothing because we didn’t bring anything from home thinking we wouldn’t need it.

Bad user account management

Can never login. It’s unclear when or how to use SSO.

No way to edit cart

I wanted to add on to the extras on my order. It seems Fooda gives no way to edit or delete the purchases in your cart.

Changes the date on you

I have ordered food on the wrong date multiple times because it keeps reverting the date to the current date. Very very annoying

Prices

Keep going up soon. Nobody’s gonna buy it from the vendors cause they keep going up on their prices.

“Recaptcha verification failed”

Apparently I’m a robot. I have downloaded the app, as Fooda comes to my office each day. Unfortunately, I have tried to sign up numerous times, and when the buttons finally do click through, it tells me that I have failed verification every time. No idea how the app works once you get in.

No Option to Restrict to Wi-Fi Only

I am on a “by the gigabyte” data plan for 1 GB. Within less than a week of installing the Fooda app, I received a notification that I had used 80% of my plan. In reviewing the “Cellular” settings on my phone, where apps can be restricted from using the cellular data connection, restricting them to use Wi-Fi only, the Fooda app was not listed, which surprised me. I have deleted the app until this fixed.

Unknown and cheap vendors

Fooda only seems to bring in cheap and unknown vendors who serve food like they are serving kids. The taste is not all that great either. Fooda must focus on bringing reputable vendors and also talk about serving meals for adults. The selection is also very limited. Huge disappointment!

Almost there

App is stable and easy to use. My only gripe is the way it only gives you one chance to give feedback (can’t access later if you opened it to pay and others are waiting behind you). And it is silly how it makes you rate every single item, one time it asked me to rate each topping individually.

No lunch

App charged me for food (through subsidy) , failed to place order but subsidy was consumed. I tried to report to support, useless, had no lunch.

Very quick and easy ordering process so far no bugs or glitches have occurred everything seems to be running smoothly

I have used this app 5 or 6 times to order food! Apps are so convenient for food delivery. Of the 6 times I used the Fooda app, 3 times the order was cancelled. That really turns me off.

Every time I order I get wrong food

They bring me a wrong food and other day they didn’t bring my food and they take my money

No one was at location

This was my first time ordering and my last time as well, nobody was at location when I ordered my food at the pick up time. No food was there either, but they surely took my money! I was left hungry and unpleased.

Only because my company offers

The app is fine - the service is disappointing. The selection of restaurants is very poor. Two years ago there as many as 6 choices, now it’s often just three but sometimes only two. Food is always ice cold on delivery and don’t be surprised if your delivery is late - sometimes as late as 2pm
